Synopsis
ARNHEM 1944 is the story of the "The Airbourne Divisions" and the Parachute Regiments that part in Operation Market Garden on September 17th to 26th September 1944. With the hope that being dropped behind enemy lines and being able to capture valuable and important bridges for the landing troops at Normandy and thus ending the war sooner. This is a great insight to the battle and hand to hand combat that the British Soldiers endured. A remarkable failure that lost many a life.
