Description

This is a tin Badge given to menbers of the German Navy/Merchant Navy in 1935. The badge has a Golden Eagle holding the Swastika underneath it. Insert has a design of a Tall sailing ship with an anchor to the bottom of the badge. Inscription round the edge reads SEEFAHRT 1st NOT TAO DER Deutschen 1935. The badge is in nice condition with just some handling marks to it. Overall in good condition.

Synopsis

This badge was given to German Navy and German Merchant Sailors for their work and committment to the building of the German Might that was their Navy. A fine example of a badge that was given out to encourage the people to build a better Germany. A nice piece of German Military History from 1935.
